Resulting re-imaginings of Iron Man have transitioned from conflict motifs to up to date matters of the time. Initially, Iron Man was a vehicle for Stan Lee to explore conflict themes, significantly the role of Yankee technology and trade within the fight against communism. though initially concealing his true identity, Stark eventually declared that he was, in fact, Iron Man during a public announcement.
